MBA, SHRM-CP — Vice President, Veterans Sourcing Group. Three and a half decades spent matching people to work that fits, now applying AI to make the search faster without making it colder.
From smoky cubicles to AI-powered sourcing.
I started recruiting in the early 1990s, when the job meant a desk phone, a Rolodex, and a lot of listening. Thirty-five years later the tools look nothing alike, but the job hasn't changed as much as people think: understand what a person actually wants, understand what an employer actually needs, and don't force a fit that isn't there.
Today I serve as Vice President at Veterans Sourcing Group, where I lead strategic account and business development work — including staffing programs for enterprise clients like Boeing — and help connect service-disabled veterans with meaningful civilian careers. Earlier in my career I founded and led Gem Global, an Orlando-based staffing and IT solutions firm.
